We will have a RIB dinner and club meeting on Tuesday, March 25, at 6 p.m. at Tommyknocker Tavern in Creede. I've reserved the upstairs and Brian will be making ribs, coleslaw and beans and serving it buffet style. Until I know for sure how many people will attend, I'm figuring it will cost between $10 and $15 a person plus tips and drinks.
